SAVE ON ENERGY
RETROFIT PROGRAM

The Save on Energy Retrofit Program helps Ontario businesses improve energy efficiency, reduce operating costs, and lower greenhouse gas emissions through incentives for eligible energy-efficiency upgrades, including solar photovoltaic systems.

Eligible businesses may qualify for significant incentive support for targeted energy-efficiency retrofits. Applications are subject to program approval and funding availability.

  • Industrial facilities and manufacturers
  • Institutional organizations
  • Agricultural operations and greenhouse facilities
  • Participants must be LDC-billed electricity customers
  • Systems must generally be behind-the-meter
  • Systems greater than 10kW-AC up to 1MW-AC may qualify
